Caleton Villa 6 is a lavish 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa spread over 8,000 sq. ft. and two stories. The villa showcases tropical architecture with beautiful woodwork, high ceilings, and a traditional Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roof. The main living area is designed with open sides to allow the natural breeze to enhance the tropical feel, complemented by ceiling fans and weather curtains for comfort in all conditions.

The villa features a spacious kitchen fully equipped for any culinary needs, but with a private chef included, your focus can remain on relaxation and enjoyment.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside to discover a stunning pool area with a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a sun-lounger-equipped deck providing fantastic views of the golf course. Adjacent to the pool is a cozy air-conditioned bungalow perfect for leisure activities with its own living area, dining table, bar, and TV.

Bedrooms:
